Jake Bussolini is a regular lecturer at a Gander Mountain lecture series, developed by Gus Gustafson, held once a month at the Gander Mountain Store in Mooresville NC. Specific dates and times can be found in Capt. Gustafson’s regular newspaper columns.

Each year Jake puts on a fishing clinic for young kids and their parents or grandparents. The program includes classroom work and three hours of actual fishing on Lake Norman. The program is sponsored by Boaters Warehouse and The Harbour Fishing Club of Mooresville. Dates to be announced.

Jake is a staff writer for ODU Outdoors Unlimited Magazine and his articles appear periodically in that media.

Jake is a monthly contributor to the Facebook page of Boaters Warehouse. He presents a new short article each month on various areas of interest to local fishermen. His articles appear under the heading “Jakes Take on Fishing.”

A recent article describing his fishing experiences on The Red River is titled “2400 Miles to Get a Personal best Catfish, appears on Brad Durick Outdoors website.

Jake is a member of The North American Fishing Club and some of his material and photos have appeared in “North American Fisherman” magazine.
